The purpose of daily visit recommendation is to help internal Semaai field agent day-to-day planning and align their activity with company goals (Visit Target and Retention). We used Lean UX framework in this project.

Background

This feature is for field agents who want to push activation, retention, and GMV, daily visit recommendations will help them to see the selection of customers that will help them to achieve their target by doing visitation on the most impactful users and convincing them to make an order.

Hypothesis

We believe doing daily visit recommendations for field agents as an user will follow the recommendation in visiting and closing an order and will achieve unique visit percentage that align with company goals and field agents as an user will use the information given as a source of information to design their visitation

Success Metrics

  • Improve Unique visit percentage by 20%

  • Improve retention rate by 20%

  • Aligning field agent staff activity with company goals (target & retentions)

  • Proceed user’s pending item in cart page

Feature Scope

  • Automation of opportunity/lead generation of new approved users 

  • Automation of opportunity/lead generation of existing users

  • Automation of Stages Movement by Trigger

  • Expiration rules for new approved users and existing users lead 

  • Visit List Feature

  • New UI and functionality on Existing customer Page 

  • New UI and functionality on Profile Page

  • Flow changes in clock in and clock out on existing users

In this page, we add new entry point “Visit List” as an entry point for list of visit recommendation

Visit Recommendations List

List of visit recommendation. Acceptance Criteria:

This visit list is showing all of users that available on the “New” Stages on CRM Pipeline that has this respective field agent as a salesperson

Store Profile Page

Store owner profile page. In this page containing relevant information of user store:

  • Address

  • Orders history

  • Payment status

  • Pending cart

  • Location to the store

  • Clock in button

Pending Cart Page

Pending cart page will be use to maintain product that not being proceed by user. Sales agent can encourage user to do checkout based on several informations in product descriptions

Filter Design

The Default condition is only the province filter that is active. Other filters are activated only after the above filter is selected.  

The filters also only show a list based on the selected filters above.

We keep the design simple and minimalist, because this feature will be using for internal field agent. And the main goal is feature functionality
