Complicated Documents: The property buying and selling process involves many complex legal documents, such as purchase agreements, ownership certificates, and tax documents. Clients often have difficulty understanding the details of these documents, which can lead to uncertainty or errors in decision making.
Problems Statement





Project Goals
The goal of this project is to update the client application interface to follow the new design style that has been set. Before I joined this company, the appearance of the application was very messy and there were many inconsistencies in its UI. This made it uncomfortable to use, and collaboration with mobile developers was not smooth. In addition, this project also aims to solve the problem of broken UX
Exploring the Interface
The important thing that could be catch client’s first attention & maybe it’s consider as their needs is “overview data”. In this phase I try to playing around with interface options as many as possible to be choose by the team & stakeholders

Information
Ownership percentage in the context of property law in Australia refers to an individual or party’s share of ownership of a property. This usually occurs in situations where the property is owned by more than one person or entity. Each owner will have a certain percentage of ownership of the property, reflecting their share of the property’s value and the profits (or losses) associated with the property.
Ownership percentage is important because it determines the rights and responsibilities of the owner in terms of profit sharing, costs, taxes, and how the property can be managed or sold in the future. A clear understanding of the ownership percentage is also important in the legal process of buying and selling property, especially to avoid disputes between owners in the future.

Overview page & property page
Overview page is the first page on the application for clients in the My Legal Pro product. This page highlights ongoing cases, case status, due date. In addition, on this page there are also upcoming tasks & upcoming payments under the case card. Then articles for reading materials for clients, these articles contain useful information for clients if they are at a certain status phase

This notification page consists of several group categories, namely payments, comments, tasks and cases.

The implemented design not only improves the user experience by providing timely and relevant information, but also successfully attracts third parties to advertise on the platform, adding another source of revenue for the company.
Feedback :
While user feedback has yet to be received, the initial success in attracting advertisers shows the positive impact the new design will have on business.
