Randika is my classmate at telecommunication engineering. As long as I know him, I see that design is not only a job for him but also a passion of his life. With proven experience as a UX/UI Designer & product designer, I am not only a "draftsman" who creates application interfaces, but also plays a role in shaping the culture in the design team of the company I have worked for. Build Design System
Creating a design style & following a design system is crucial in ensuring the performance of an application product's interface design, because both play a crucial role in creating consistency, efficiency, and optimal collaboration in digital product development. During my career, I have always been involved in designing the design system & style used for a product's interface.
Visual Design
Users are more tolerant of minor usability issues when they find an interface visually appealing. This aesthetic-usability effect can mask UI problems during usability testing. Aesthetically pleasing UI is a must in designing application interfaces. With my experience, I have successfully converted this fact into promising business outcomes on the projects I have handled.
User Research
Meeting users directly, collecting qualitative data from interactions & interviews with users, and sometimes also conducting usability testing, are essential skills for UX/UI designers. I am experienced in conducting user research and synthesizing research data to find unique and outstanding solutions for product development and business outcomes.

In my spare time, I also actively write on blogs discussing careers, design practices, tech and retrospects, creating creative design assets in the Figma community and other publications.
